      TEXAS DPS SCHOOL SAFETY COURSE MAY 16, 2025
This course for anyone with a Texas LTC, however it was created for employees of a Texas school district or open-enrollment charter school who holds a valid Texas license to carry (LTC). School employees who do not have a Texas license to carry must get it before taking this course via state law. (Click License to carry on the tool bar)
Any individual Texas ISD teacher or Texas ISD employee CAN take this course and receive this certification without permission from their school district. You only need permission from the school district to carry it IN the school. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION

$420 for a 16-hour course that includes classroom instruction, active shooter simulation, computer simulation, and live fire qualification
